Who is this document for?
This educator's resource is designed to provide support for Junior, Intermediate, and Secondary Teachers who wish to integrate work on challenging socio-economic class bias into their teaching. Most of the activities and resources within this document have been written or adapted for an intermediate/senior (grades 5 to 12) student audience. It is thought that the activities could be used to enrich the regular classroom curriculum or in advisory/mentoring periods. Many of the activities are particularly well suited to Social Studies, Media, Society, Economics, and Politics classes and can also be used in Math and Science classes.
