Kiran Mirchandani is an Associate Professor in the Department of Adult Education and Counselling Psychology. Her research and teaching focuses on home-based work, telework, contingent work, entrepreneurship, transnational service work and self-employment. She offers graduate courses on gendered and racialized processes in the workplace; critical perspectives on organizational development and learning; and technology, globalization and economic restructuring.
Kiran is also the co-ordinator of the Democratizing Workplace Learning Working Group at the CSEW.
